Launch of new newsletter – June 2021
Welcome! The NSRN is pleased to announce the launch of its new monthly newsletter. This newsletter replaces the old NSRN Listservs. The old Listservs are no longer monitored and will be deleted at the end of June. Moving forward, this newsletter will contain information about NSRN events and announcements as well as information and announcements submitted by network members. The newsletter is very much intended as a way for network members to share resources and news with one another. To submit content to the newsletter, please contact the NSRN Managing Editors at editor.nsrn@gmail.com.
NSRN 2021 Conference – June 16-18, 2021
The NSRN’s 2021 conference will be taking place (online via Zoom) June 16-18. The event is free for all to attend. A copy of the preliminary conference program can be found here. A final version of the program will be emailed to all those who have registered for the event.

Paid postdoctoral opportunity with the Nonreligion in a Complex Future project
The Nonreligion in a Complex Future (NCF) project is seeking a postdoctoral researcher who is fluent in English and has proficiency in Norwegian, Danish or Swedish. This position is an ideal opportunity for a scholar whose research relates to the study of society and social change. Time will be allocated for the candidate to work on their own research, but the primary responsibilities will be to assist in supporting the ongoing international research of the NCF project.
The duration of this position is one year with the possibility of renewal for a second year. The postdoctoral researcher will receive a salary of $36,000 CAD per year and will begin no later than September 1, 2021.
